Peeling a mango without soiling
Unpeeled cut with a knife handle right and left bone, guided by feel to hurry up the flesh of the fruit. They will be two slices with skin and big, flat bone in the center with some meat around. At this point, you can present the handle in several different ways:
- Diced, skin on. Take each resulting half cut and drawn with the knife lines, first vertical, then horizontal, for cubes. Once done, you can push the skin inward to remain the dice and presented for consumption (as in the picture). Suffice it with a fork or a spoon to extract effortlessly.
- Diced, in a container. Perform the above operation, and when the dice have drawn, go cutting them carefully and depositing them on a plate or bowl in which you go to submit. You can accompany other fruits, syrup, cream or ice cream.
