More than half of retailers considered the key mobile payment

Shop 'connected' has become a “must” to successfully manage a business. Therefore, loyalty tools, ecommerce and mobile payment technology solutions are most demanded by the retail trade in Spain, according to the report of PHC Software .
Specifically, the study indicates that 62% of respondents would add a tool loyalty to their business, while 61% would opt for e-commerce and 56% would introduce mobile payment.
Another conclusion to note is that 90% of Spanish businesses digitized comprehensively claims to have an overview about the operation of your business.
In addition, for 89% of retailers planning is essential to innovate in business management, followed by obtaining statistics analysis and management (84%), integration with e-commerce platforms (68 %) and accessibility from mobile devices (68%).
